Let me ask you a question: What do the moon, Disney World, and college have in common? You can't truly understand any of them unless you actually go there and experience them. While we as parents and educators try to encourage our students to do well in school so they can get into a good college, very rarely do we explain to them what college is actually like.  At the same time, there are many adults who always wanted to go to college, but due to their particular circumstances, were unable. Other adults may find themselves wanting to change careers, and while they realize the importance of a college degree, they may be daunted by the thought of adding a full courseload to their already overloaded schedules. Still others just want to go back to college and finish what they started many years ago.

EMC-C is designed for this exact purpose. Through our creative and entertaining approach, we explain to students of all ages, what college is, how to get in and what to expect. This, of course, is custom tailored to provide a plan that is appropriate and realistic for each student on their age appropriate level.

In addition to explaining what college is and how to get in, students are informed about the many different options for paying for college, including loans, grants, scholarships and, if necessary, even jobs!

Our unique approach not only educates students about college, but explains to them in a way they will understand why college and higher education is important and what practical role it plays in their future. By clearing away the fog that shrouds this topic in mystery, students can have a much clearer vision of what lies ahead of them and a better understanding of what they should plan for.

We all remember how confusing and overwhelming junior high and high school was when we were going through it ourselves. Regardless if you are a high school student or an adult wanting to achieve this worthwhile goal, we at EMC-C want to serve as a Lighthouse to guide you through these turbulent times as you attempt to chart a course to (and through) higher education.
